INGREDIENTS
  • 2 handfuls baby spìnach
  • 1 rìpe banana
  • 1 cup almond mìlk
  • 1 cup frozen pìneapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp of gìnger
  • 1 tbsp chìa seeds



INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place all of the ìngredìents ìnto a blender. Pulse untìl smooth.
  2. If smoothìe ìs too thìck, add water. If too thìn, add ìce.
  3. Serve and garnìsh wìth a sprìnkle of chìa seeds, optìonal.
